1. About these terms
These terms apply to Masjid App and ayancommunity.org, provided by Ayan Capital Ltd (company number [number], registered office [registered address]). By using them, you agree to these terms.
2. The app
Masjid App is free. It shows prayer times, reminders, the Ramadan timetable and information about mosques. You can use it without an account.
3. Prayer times
Partner mosques set their own jamaat and Jumu'ah times. For other mosques, start times are calculated and may differ from the mosque's own timetable. We work to keep times accurate, but if in doubt, check with your mosque.
4. Your account
If you create an account, keep access to your email secure, as we send sign-in codes there. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
5. Using the app fairly
Don't misuse the app or this website, for example by trying to break their security, copying their data in bulk or using them for anything unlawful.
6. Mosques
Information about mosques comes from the mosques and from public sources. Mosques that join Masjid App agree separate terms with us.
7. Donations
Donations aren't available yet. We'll update these terms before they launch.
8. Our responsibility
We provide Masjid App as it is and may change, pause or stop it. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee or that are caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim there.
